By using the Program and Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

Users acknowledge and accept the financial commitment associated with their chosen payment option. Whether opting for the one-time payment of $970 or the payment plan, which entails monthly installments of $97 for 12 months, resulting in a total cost of $1164, users agree to fulfill their payment obligation in full. This commitment ensures access to the program's valuable resources and support. If users do not complete the program within the 12 months, they are welcome to repurchase at the end of their year to continue accessing the program's materials and support.
7. Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Program and Community, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms of Use.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties:
The Program and Community are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Beat Breast Cancer or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Program and Community.
